Kendal MRT Rescue Round

This morning (4am!) me and a fellow instructor were out supporting my team mates from Kendal MRT, who are (as I write) running, biking and kayaking around the 180km boundary of the team’s patch.

We acted as pathfinders across the Shap fells. Placing light sticks and guiding the way through the dark, clag and drizzle. A great morning for a jog through several miles of bog!

The pic is us coming down to Shap summit, just before sunrise.

Well done Kath & Dave!
