Winter mountaineering: School House Ridge

What a difference a day makes! Today we could see stuff – wow! With a high avalanche forecast limiting options, we climbed School House Ridge on Sgorr Bhan, which is a great aesthetically pleasing ridge with some small sections of around grade I. Loads of snow in sheltered locations today and the magnificent snow crest of Sgorr Dhearg didn’t disappoint.
