We were pleased to have Lynda and Greg from London join us today for a multi-activity day of gorge scrambling and rock climbing in Langdale.
Lynda had done a bit of climbing and this showed as she polished off all the routes that we threw at her on Lower Scout Crag, including the super hard Cubs Crack. Greg did well too, getting up the majority of the routes in good style.
After lunch we headed into Stickle Ghyll for an afternoon of gorge scrambling. As Lynda and Greg were really up for this and happy to get stuck right in, we took all the waterfalls as direct as we could and included a very wet climb up the final big waterfall before calling it a day.
A great day out – good to meet you Lynda and Greg and we hope to see you again in the future.
