I acknowledge that Lakeland Ascents accepts no responsibility for accidents or injury to participants, or for loss or damage to my personal effects, unless caused by negligence of the service provider. Any disclosures will be treated in the strictest confidence.

I have paid the required deposit of 25% of the course fee (if applicable), or the full course/activity fee if this booking is made within 4 weeks of the course/activity date.

Please note that submission of a Booking Form alone is not sufficient to reserve your date(s). We can only formally book you in if both a Booking Form AND payment are received. Booking Forms that are submitted without an accompanying payment of either a deposit or the full activity/course fee do not secure your booking.
