Are you coming up to your single pitch award assessment and feel that you would benefit from a condensed RCI Refresher of the core skills that you will be assessed on? Or are you a qualified RCI holder who has not used the award for some time and would like to refresh those dormant skills? If so, then join our professional instructors for a bespoke and tailored RCI Refresher.
Our private 1:1 courses mean that we can focus on whichever areas of the syllabus that you feel that you need help on and spend less time on the areas where you are already strong. We can then provide you with honest feedback on where you are in relation to the standard expected, leaving you with an action plan to focus your training in the run up to your assessment. We find this approach to be much more effective than running ‘open’ courses where a large group of clients’ needs have to be addressed.
Common areas for a ‘deferral’ tend to be rescue scenarios and general crag safety, but we can look all the following areas with you, and more:
We can run this course from the Lake District, the Peak District, Snowdonia or in Scotland.
